CELS 104 - Manufacturing Camp for 7th - 9th Graders!
Course Description
If your child likes building things or investigating how things are made, this camp is for them!
Manufacturing Camp is a hands-on experience. Campers get to create useful projects to take home and wow parents and friends!
Campers will work with power tools, a plasma laser cutter, welding and more! Experience is not required. If your child is curious, willing to learn, and can listen attentively, our expert instructors will guide them through the projects.
Your child will leave with the satisfaction and pride that comes from taking a project from start to finish. They will learn the importance of safety. They will see first hand how math and science apply to real life. All of this helps cultivate strengths and interests. It may even lead them to a rewarding career path!
Please note: As a part of this camp, students must receive written approval from their parents or guardian.
Food Allergy Notice: If you have a food allergy or a special dietary requirement please bring your own lunch. Thank you.
Due to grant funding requirements, students may only register for one camp.
