Grand Rapids Community College provides information to students on their rights under FERPA on their website at www.grcc.edu/privacy and in the GRCC Catalog. In addition, GRCC mails a postcard to all enrolled students in the Fall and Winter academic semester which includes the web address where students may navigate to review their rights. A student may request a paper copy of their rights under FERPA from Student Records.

Course Description
Eligibility Requirement
Students must be officially accepted in their Job Training or Workforce Training program and have received their acceptance letter before registering for these required assessments.
Assessments
The following assessments are required for select Job Training and Workforce Training programs:
Each assessment is 55 minutes in length and is proctored.
Preparation
Prepare in advance to improve your score. ACT provides free practice tests to help you get ready.

Completion
Your scores will be available immediately after testing and one of our Educational Training Specialists will meet with you to review your results and discuss your educational goals. If you are not satisfied with your scores, you may choose to retake the assessments at no additional charge. Your official certificate will arrive approximately 30 days after your test date.
